My first dental experience at Hometown was by far the best service I’ve received. The welcomed me with kindness. They didn’t treat me as if I was just another number. The young dental hygienist, Hannah, who completed my cleaning treated me with care and was very thorough. Her kindness was intentional. We need more human beings like this in the healthcare field. I may switch my whole family to be seen here! Looking forward to continuing my dental care here.

My kids and my self love the staff! Not only are they professional and friendly they actually take care of you as a person. They tell you exactly what you need and they are very respectful of your time. Highly recommended.

Love, love, love everything about this office! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Big shoutout to Dr. Jordan and Ms. Leslie. They were so personable and sweet to my son, it made my heart smile! I am so glad i decided to give them a try. Being in a new town and having to start over with finding medical/dental care can be a little nerve wrecking, but I’m glad the first option I found turned out to be so great! We will definitely be returning clients for our duration here in the Midsouth.

10/10 experience! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. From the time me and my boyfriend walked in to the time we left everyone was so sweet and kind! Nowadays you don’t find many places that take their time, enjoy their job, and and are very sweet the entire time. We had Jessica she is very sweet and professional. She and Dr.Jordan throughly explained everything they were doing before they started anything they did. I will definitely make this my main dentist office I’m so glad I found them! Thank You for being so kind Hometown Smiles ❤️

I love this dental office. Everyone is always so friendly. The office is clean. The hygienists and the dentist are always kind, gentle and good. They answer any questions you have and do such a good job. I’ve been more anxious in recent years going to the dentist after an incident at another office and they are always understanding, patient and kind. I highly recommend Hometown Smiles.

Never a wait when you arrive, they keep you informed as to what they are doing and what to expect. I have terrible anxiety going to the dentist, they were very understanding and pretty much held my hand! Great staff and great dentist! I will gladly be on schedule every 6 months!

We started coming to the dental office years and years ago when Dr. Caldwell owned it. Even though we moved away a couple years ago, while we were back in the area this time- it was time for our six month cleaning. So, we came in and the ladies that are there now are very friendly and helpful, we both like the upgrades they’ve made, the remodeling looks very welcoming.
